Keep On Believing in Yourself (K.O.B.Y.) is a transformative program from The Jordan McNair Foundation designed to help high school students build the courage, confidence, and character they need to succeed — on the field, in the classroom, and in life.
Rooted in the legacy of Jordan McNair, K.O.B.Y. inspires students to use their voices to advocate for their own safety, mental wellness, and future success. Through dynamic, research-based sessions, this curriculum equips young people to lead with integrity, make informed decisions, and prepare for the challenges of collegiate life.
Self-Advocacy
How to speak up for safety, fairness, and well-being — for themselves and their peers.

The K.O.B.Y. Curriculum draws from Marty McNair’s acclaimed book, Can My Child Play? The Questions We Should Have Asked, focusing on key lessons from the chapters “Empowerment Through Education” and “Mastering the Mundane.” These principles help young athletes and students alike understand the importance of safety, self-discipline, and daily excellence.
